Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Process

Orders/products can be cancelled on stages.

  1. When Dibaratri customer support operative calls for comfirmation of an order, buyer can cancel the order/product(s) over the call.
  2. If the buyer has confirmed the order and then wishes to cancel the order/product(s), he/she can do that when the delivery man arrives at the doorstep. In this case, the buyer only has to pay the shipping charge (see the Shipping Details page to know more about shipping charges).

Return Policy

Dibaratri acts as a middleman for the products offered by various sellers. Therefore, the return policy can be different for each seller. In the following section, some common return policies are being mentioned that will be applicable for all the products. Your product(s) will be eligible for return under the following circumstances.

  1. If the product does not match with the description given on Dibaratri.
  2. If you notice the product is faulty or damaged upon receiving.

Conditions for Returning Products That Do Not Match as It Was Described or as You Ordered

  1. The product must be intact or sealed if there is one.
  2. The product must be in its original condition.
  3. The product must not be used.
  4. The product must include all the packaging items and accessories (including warranty card(s), manual(s), certificate of authenticity and tag(s)) that came with it.

Conditions for Returning Faulty or Damaged Products

  1. The product must be in its original condition.
  2. The product must include all the packaging items and accessories (including warranty card(s), manual(s), certificate of authenticity and tag(s)) that came with it.
  3. The product must not be used.

Time Period to Return a Product

  1. A product sold on Dibaratri can be returned within 3 days after the product has been delivered if it is eligible for return. For instance, if a buyer gets the product delivered on January 01, he/she will have till January 04 to request a return for the product.
  2. As Dibaratri offers 3-day return policy (unless mentioned otherwise), any request after this time period will not be eligible for return. Buyers are encouraged to contact the manufacturer if the product comes with a manufacturer warranty. Please note that, Dibaratri does not provide any return or warranty policy for any product whatsoever. All the warranty or return policies are provided by the sellers/manufacturers.

Procedures to Submit a Return Request

If a buyer thinks the product is not what was ordered upon receiving, the following procedures can be followed to return a product.

Product Return Procedure (in Front of the Delivery Man)
  1. A buyer can return the order/product(s) providing only the shipping charge. The order/product(s) can be returned to our delivery man upon contacting and being confirmed by our customer support operative.
  2. In case of a paid order, you must contact us via email or customer support number*.
  3. Refund might take upto 7 days for Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders.
  4. Refund of a paid order (except for CoD) is subject to the payment gateway provider and/or respective bank. Thus, it may take longer than 7 days. Customers are humbly requested to contact us via email or customer support number*.
Product Return Procedure (Within 3 Days)
  1. If the product is eligible for return according to our return policy, customer can ask for a return request via email or customer support number*.
  2. Refund might take upto 7 days for Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders.
  3. Refund of a paid order (except for CoD) is subject to the payment gateway provider and/or respective bank. Thus, it may take longer than 7 days. Customers are humbly requested to contact us via email or customer support number*.
  4. Once we receive the product, we will then check whether it is eligible for a refund.

Products Are Not Eligible for Return Once It Is Opened

  • Undergarments, swimwear
  • Skincare, cosmetics and perfumes
  • Personal hygiene items such as earrings, wigs and combs
  • Consumables such as drinks and beverages

Events That Void the Return/Replacement Eligibility

  1. Damages due to misuse of product.
  2. Broken after the product is delivered.
  3. Product has been marked somehow.
  4. Product is burnt or dropped in water.
  5. Product has lost its intact condition (in the case of items that lose the eligibility of return after opening the package or seal).
